Thanks to our apartment’s location, our guests can enjoy the feeling of staying close to the Botanical Garden and the Belvedere Palace.

The inner city - Vienna’s first district including all its famous sights, such as the Schwarzenbergplatz, the Karlskirche, the Musikverein,
the Wien-Museum and the Vienna State Opera, is only 4 tram stations away. From there, you can stroll along the Kärntnerstraße, which meets the St. Stephen’s Cathedral.

The Belvedere Palace with its great Gustav Klimt collection, as well as the area surrounding the Botanical Garden (with Schweizer Garten and Alpenkräutergarten) can easily be reached by foot.

The Apartment Fasan, which is quietly situated, is located in a typical old Viennese house with an elevator. There is a good connection to public transport, such as the tram line O (which stops at the end of Kölblgasse) and the nearby subway station Landstraße (from there, you can quickly reach the airport by means of the City Airport Train CAT).

The Apartment Fasan was fully renovated in 2009. Its special
features are its ceiling height of 3,20 meters and its high quality furniture with solid wood plates. The apartment is fully furnished with design classics and captivates through an elaborate room plan, making it suitable for up to 4 persons.

The apartment comprises an anteroom, two rooms (living room
and bedroom), a spacious bath room with bathtub and a separate lavatory. Since all of the rooms are separately accessible, you can
also use the living room as a second bedroom. In this case, you can make use of a sofa bed, which has a 180x200 cm size bed and which can be transformed (fold out half) into a daybed for watching TV or reading.

The sleeping rooms itself is provided with a cuddly bunk, having a size of 150x200 cm. Both rooms look on the inner courtyard.

The kitchen, situated in the anteroom, is small but of high quality, since it is fully equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a ceramic stove top, a microwave having hot air function, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. Naturally, you can also make use of sufficient dishes and cooking utensils which are available for your needs.

Using the tram line 0, which stops at the end of Kölblgasse (only
4 minutes walk away) or the tram line 71, which runs frequently
at the end of the block, you comfortably reach (within only four stations) the Schwarzenbergplatz. This square is located on the boulevard Ring, from which all of Vienna’s sights are within a short walking distance. Some of Vienna’s best sights are directly located
on the Schwarzenbergplatz, such as the Akademietheater, the Konzerthaus, the French embassy, the Wien Museum, as well as an entry to the Belvedere Palace.

The tram line 0 also takes you, without having to change, to the Prater with its famous Riesenrad and its large parks (Grüner Prater), as well as to the exhibition center.

Close to the apartment, you can find the subway, which is a perfect connection to all of the sights surrounding the St. Stephens Cathedral (Kärntner Straße, Graben, Kohlmarkt). The tram line 0 takes you, after 4 stations, to the subway station Landstraße, from which you can change for subway line 3, which directly takes you to the Stephansplatz in the inner city, to the biggest shopping street Mariahilfer Straße in the sixth district as well as to the famous Museumsquartier in the seventh district.
